Anna is a ProDoula-certified Labor Doula currently completing advanced biomechanics training through Body Ready Method. She is passionate about providing steady, grounded support to families throughout labor and birth. As a mother of three, Anna’s connection to birth began early in life. Growing up with a mother who worked as a Labor & Delivery nurse, she developed a deep respect for the birth process and an ability to remain calm and centered during intense moments. That early exposure shaped her confidence in clinical environments and her understanding of how powerful informed, steady support can be. In addition to her formal training, Anna brings years of hands-on experience overseeing pregnancy, labor, and neonatal care in a professional breeding setting, where she assisted with hundreds of mammalian births. This unique background strengthened her observational skills, physical stamina, and deep trust in physiological birth qualities that translate seamlessly into human labor support. Dependable, emotionally attuned, and physically resilient during long labors, Anna supports families with a steady presence, practical comfort techniques, and reassuring guidance. Her goal is to help birthing people feel safe, confident, and protected in their birth space while ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Anna speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and English, allowing her to support a diverse range of families with clarity, cultural awareness, and ease of communication.
