We offer a multitude of classes to prepare you for birth and life with your newborn! Our classes are available in person or via zoom AND we even offer private classes!
Comfort Measures for Labor
Learn how you can incorporate positioning, relaxation, visualization, massage, breathing, aromatherapy and rebozo into your pregnancy and birth experience.
Birth Position Mastery Class
Join us for a class designed for pregnant individuals and their support partners, focusing on essential techniques for a balanced and comfortable pregnancy and labor. Learn strategies for optimal baby positioning, early labor engagement, and tips to avoid a cesarean.
Private Childbirth Class
Sometimes it is not possible or desirable for a family to participate in a group childbirth education class. One of the options is private childbirth education.
Breastfeeding Class
Our 90 minutes class entitled Motherhood, Milk + Tummy time will answer all your questions about those first weeks with your new little person!
Baby Care Class
A FUN newborn care class! This workshop is designed for new parents-to-be and will address the common questions and concerns that arise after the midwife leaves, or after you bring the baby home from the birth center or hospital through his/her first weeks of life.
Infant CPR
It’s one of those things that you hope that you NEVER need to use but it’s also one of those things that you absolutely NEED to know as a parent or caregiver for infants.
Infant Massage
Learn how to massage newborn/infant to promote touch and communications.

Becoming: A Prenatal Class
Everyone keeps asking how the baby is. But how are you?
From the moment you found out you were pregnant, the focus shifted. The baby’s heartbeat, the baby’s room, the baby’s name. Meanwhile, you’re in the most profound identity shift of your adult life, and almost no one is asking how you are doing.
There’s a name for what’s happening to you. It’s called matrescence. And it deserves a class of its own.
Becoming is a 60-minute in-person class for pregnant women in any trimester. We’ll talk about what matrescence actually is, why your mental health matters more right now than almost any other window in your life, what real support looks like (and how to find it), and how to start preparing emotionally for the woman you’re becoming, not just the baby you’re bringing home.
You’ll leave with The Becoming Folder: a curated digital toolkit including a Spotify playlist built for the prenatal nervous system, a trial of The Prenatal Shadow Work Journal, recorded meditations for the moments you need them most, a provider and crisis directory, and one tiny daily practice that takes two minutes and changes everything.

She specializes in perinatal mental health, matrescence, and the identity work most women aren’t told they’re allowed to do.
