We offer a multitude of classes to prepare you for birth and life with your newborn! Our classes are available in person or via zoom AND we even offer private classes!
Comfort Measures for Labor
Learn how you can incorporate positioning, relaxation, visualization, massage, breathing, aromatherapy and rebozo into your pregnancy and birth experience.
Birth Position Mastery Class
Join us for a class designed for pregnant individuals and their support partners, focusing on essential techniques for a balanced and comfortable pregnancy and labor. Learn strategies for optimal baby positioning, early labor engagement, and tips to avoid a cesarean.
Private Childbirth Class
Sometimes it is not possible or desirable for a family to participate in a group childbirth education class. One of the options is private childbirth education.
Breastfeeding Class
Our 90 minutes class entitled Motherhood, Milk + Tummy time will answer all your questions about those first weeks with your new little person!
Baby Care Class
A FUN newborn care class! This workshop is designed for new parents-to-be and will address the common questions and concerns that arise after the midwife leaves, or after you bring the baby home from the birth center or hospital through his/her first weeks of life.
Infant CPR
It’s one of those things that you hope that you NEVER need to use but it’s also one of those things that you absolutely NEED to know as a parent or caregiver for infants.
Infant Massage
Learn how to massage newborn/infant to promote touch and communications.

Confident Cesarean

Modern Grandparenting 101
We will have a relaxed and informative conversation on everything from supporting the new mom in pregnancy and birth to the most updated information on newborn care.
Postpartum Support Group
Join us to discuss all things postpartum as you heal from birth and travel the winding and sometimes bumpy path of motherhood/parenting. The group will meet on the first Monday of each month from 10:45 – 12:45.
It is a FREE event but you MUST register to attend.
